It's indeed not easy but so far, not so hard either. I keep myself by watching Stargate SG-1, I play video games, piano and bass softly but no solo yet, it would be too physical.
Yes, as a specie, we are meant to reproduce to ensure our survival so no matter how much I tell myself that this is what's best for my rehabilitation, my primal instinct tell me otherwise.
