thanks guiltier---I am embarrassed still about a panic attack that I had in front of all the other doctors at my hospital...I was presenting and I had my first attack ever...it was like having a seizure...it was unreal and terrifying...somehow I still feel guilty about that happening..and I am a retired so called successful psychiatrist...
