Who are you to judge what is supportive or not? Sometimes a person needs plain speaking or a different POV to make sense of what happened in real life. That's what this site is about, everyone agreeing or sympathizing with the op is not always helpful. The post was not intentionally unsupportive just because you took it that way. Let the op decide things like that.
