i have not tried anything really except just talking. my psychiatrist does EMDR and hypnosis, but she said for me she would not recommend EMDR because of the dissociation and said that it is more useful when you have less parts/fragments and a more cohesive core/sense of self, etc. as it can potentially cause other issues. so, she basically said people with PTSD or things like that without severe dissociation could benefit it from it.
as for hypnosis, she suggested it a few times for something...i cannot remember if it was memory work or getting in touch with other parts.
but right now, i'm more in the beginning phases of learning about the others (again), so i don't know what is really used for that in general.
