you mention your anxiety has only been severe for a few days - why go straight to meds? Or are you thinking that it's worsening in general? (what I mean is, do you think this is more than a short-term rough spot that ativan could get you through?) I realize this isn't really what you're asking, but I've just had such horrible experiences getting OFF anxiety meds, and since it is one of the few things you can successfully treat without them, I thought I'd ask...
