My med combo seems to be helping. But the one is a Benzo.
So I guess your Pdoc won't allow it.
You also have a combination of disorders.

I'm only battling bipolar disorder.

My animals help to keep me calm. Right now I'm listening to books on CD. It keeps my mind occupied.

Vitamins help. Vitamin C in high doses.
Sunshine.
Good diet. Controlled sleeping.
