I've heard that propranolol is nice for anxiety, but would you consider it addicting? My pdoc won't up my Lexapro dosage because he insists it'll make me manic, so antidepressants are out of the picture.
Are there other medications like propranolol? I would like to research them and bring them up with my pdoc.
Thanks!!

Hi BB: I'm sorry you're Not doing good. Do you have additional pressure?, or life is the same.
Lamictal and Latuda are supposed to stabilize anxiety too.
I was on propanolol for hand tremors years ago. I don't think it has any withdrawal symptoms or I would remember.
Benzos are bad. Really bad. Stay away from that Ativan, unles is absolutely necessary.
Some people use Vistaril with success. Check with your doctor, it has a few contraindications.
Hope you feel better soon.
