well i finally gave T a copy of some stuff i wrote which tells her about my issues in secondary school and some of the possibly abusive stuff that continually bothers me. gave it to her five minutes before the session was over and she spent that whole five minutes reading the one page document. she had obviously read it at least once and was re reading and re reading or just didnt know what to say. eventually i just said i was going to go since the session was over anyway and she sounded shocked and said ok and we would talk about it next week. i said maybe. then came straight home via the grocery store. half a bottle of wine and half a box of chocolates in 20 minutes isnt too much is it? its so %#@&#! up.
