For me it's a delicate dance between physical and mental health. When my mental health is not so good my physical health gets worse because I don't take of myself and I eat more junk food and stay in bed longer. When my mental health gets better, then I tackle my physical health, which I'm not the best with, but I try. But as clockwork, the mental health will start to decline again and here we go on the merry go round...
