I am baking my youngest Ds birthday cake. I hope it turns out better than last year. I am calmer this time and I actually have money to make a proper cake. Poor dear had to have bran tea cake for birthday last year as the first attempt at a cake was rubbish. All my baking knowldege just disappeared last year.
