I've been diagnosed for 11 years now and in that whole time, there was only once where I "had" to have it NOW, and I wasn't taking my meds. So you're not alone there. But there are many times I was careless about sex and I would be the initiator. I believe I did this just to feel something, ANY kind of affection at all, even if it involved vegetables or food (joke).
