Have you tried doing the sleep hygiene stuff? Don't nap, get exercise, set a bedtime routine, only get in bed for sleep and if you wake up get up and do something relaxing until you're tired again, go to sleep at the same time every day, etc.? This is what I was told to do for disrupted sleep.
