Ok working with frosting in the heat is interesting. I've had to do it stages and chill it. Everytime I take the cake out the frosting becomes a little bit more tacky and harder to work with. Next time I will try using some warm water on my spatula. Nearly 3/4 finished now. It won't be a masterpiece but it is made with love.
