I'm having a really bad time controlling my pain at the moment but unfortunately my partner has BPD which means he has very little empathy with anyone which results in me being pushed into over doing things. And the consequences are I am often out in public places and in so much psychical pain that I can be crying and or trying to find a position which allows some relief such a knelt on a chair while cuddling the back of it. This is the point where my partner will apologies for insisting I push myself and for a few minutes he says the right things but its not long before that's forgotten
