I know how you feel and I'm sorry you are going through all of this. Like bear mentioned check the sticky note thing. There are a lot of good ideas up there. Also, try to remember it does get easier. And keep in mind that none of the replacment methods give the same release that cutting does. Sometimes people try them thinking they work just as good as cutting does... they don't.. but they do help you lessen the pain and give some release so that the cravings are bearable. When possible, and cravings are really bad, I would also suggest trying to be around people that you won't do it in front of.
