Transgender, the way I understand it, is a term that can mean so many different things. It's not just MtF or FtM. Those are also binaries, just like M or F. There's gender fluid, genderqueer, gender neutral, all kinds of things I probably haven't even heard yet. Regardless of what you call yourself, there's a place on (or off) the spectrum for you.
What you're referring to--genital dysmorphia--is common in trans people BUT that does not mean you are trans. It doesn't have to mean anything. You get to decide what it means. Hopefully you can find other people who have similar experiences/feelings. Also, your feelings/experiences/self-identification could change over time. Mine has. I'd say if you keep an open mind and make sure you have whatever support you need, you should be able to land on both feet, so to speak.
