When I started lithium... Was lucky enough not to get any nausea or anything, but within 5 days my voices were gone, and 7 days, my moods had dramatically shifted. I haven't gone off it, because it took far too long for me to get diagnosed properly, and even tho it's not working as well in terms of my moods (I seem to get used to meds quickly) I still take it because the positives outweigh the negatives. Altho, on the other hand, i have maybe been on it a year.
