I think in most cases when I worry about something or everything along with being stressed maybe it sort of feels like OCD. I can obsessively worry about things until I feel emotionally and mentally calm/relaxed.
When it gets to the point where it doesn't stop I get really restless and/or nervous until I can find a helpful resolution. Luckily, this doesn't happen really a whole lot.
If it's something that stems from depression or loneliness I usually feel better when I talk to someone with understanding and that listens to me. It feels like thoughts circling around that can produce physical symptoms and feelings I guess.
