Now I suspect its time to go to the root of the issues. I have written down all my thoughts on a paper which I plan to bring the psychologist. I'm afraid they will also describe me some medication. If that is so, will the same last medication I took work as well as now?
Anything another general to add regarding my situation?
Appreciate!

I think you're doing the right thing. I really hope the psychologist suits you. If medication helped before, it will probably work again. It may be you didn't take it quite long enough for your body to get used to the better levels of serotonin etc.
Dealing with the issues behind it are a very good idea. People usually do better if they have help with their issues as well as medication.
Good luck!
