Sun does the job best. I can't get any sun at winter so i drink a good gulp of fish oil straight out of bottle every day. Vitamin D needs some fat around to suck in properly so i'd recommend to have oil based instead of white hard pills, which i've seen around too. Works actually pretty well for depresion, in my experience. The hardest thing is just to keep having it when depression sneaks in.
