Mine was 9.3(!) Since this was discovered, I've been on the prescription 50,000 once a week routine (for a month now). I think they're going to test again in another month to see what progress (then when sufficient, work it to a daily normal amount).

I think it's helping, but it's a little hard to tell exactly what's doing what because there are 3 similarly timed potential factors (the D, plus taking a B complex (per psych), and the weather's been very nice. Which can help).

Worth getting checked, folks. If you're like me, I never figured on being low on D because I eat a ton of dairy. (I do not like being in the sun. I burn very easily. Summer is a nightmare). Can't hurt anyway.
