I think it's helping, but it's a little hard to tell exactly what's doing what because there are 3 similarly timed potential factors (the D, plus taking a B complex (per psych), and the weather's been very nice. Which can help).
Worth getting checked, folks. If you're like me, I never figured on being low on D because I eat a ton of dairy. (I do not like being in the sun. I burn very easily. Summer is a nightmare). Can't hurt anyway.

And I thought mine was low at 28!! Between you and Tigger, I'm not so bad!
Now that I feel better and don't stay locked in my room with the drapes closed, I'm hoping to get it naturally.
