My T allows email and text contact in between sessions. She only picks up emails in working hours so I feel like I can use that as an outlet without bothering her too much. I'll text often in regard to things I've got going on or important things I'm waiting to hear about & she always responds. She doesn't mind I use these ways of contact...she knows I need it.
