I know exactly how you feel. I was without internet for several months & when I came back.....I didn't know which end was up or even who was here anymore. It was hard to figure out where to start.....but General seemed like the place to start. From there, I spread out to the forums where I had previously gone.

Sometimes, when I wanted to look up how someone had been doing, there is a way to click on their name.....that takes you to their profile & then you can click on "show all their posts". I found that was a way I could go back & see what had been going on & I felt a bit more connected after doing that.

When I started here several years ago, there was one forum that was where my head was at that time.....since then, I have had other issues I have been dealing with & since PC has grown & spread out to more & more forums....there is always a right place.

I know I was gone for just a few days with some personal issues & when I came back....I couldn't really go back to where I was, & kinda had to start over.....I did feel overwhelmed & LOST for sure......but it just takes time to find where you can settle in & where you feel the most comfortable.....I think that is the best part of PC...there is something for everyone.
