In my state, it's apparently fine to carry prescriptions around in my own container as long as I have the original paperwork that comes with my prescription. (My pharmacy always staples it to my prescription.) Not sure about other states, but I can always look that up before traveling.
It is a federal crime to carry or have any rx that is not in it's container that was issued by the pharmacy .... go on a military base thru a check point and see .... I was helt for 45 minutes till an officer could "prove" the benadryl found in my floor mat was not a rx ... they don't play ...
Thanks for this!
