last night. i cut. i took a fresh blade, hard and fast, made 5 cuts. they are weird looking, they are wide open. i am so mad that i did it. so mad. i have a pdoc appt. tomorrow and he might ask if i have, or he might not. if he does....will i tell? i don't want to be commited, i don't need to be. i feel shame.
