Thank you both for sharing these stories ... Most of my pets growing up were destroyed by my abusers in order to hurt me ... Pfrog looks forward to the day she can afford to own and care for some furry four legged friends and not have to worry about someone doing something evil to them just to get at me!

Yes, George, that dream was definitely prophetic and I'm glad you went out there when you did because how awesome that had to be to actually be there when Howie arrived!

And, Skeezyks, thank you for sharing yours too ... A tear or two rolled down my cheek for you as I read it, and I think Sandy knew it was time and wanted to be somewhere familiar instead of in a clinical setting ... Just like most people prefer to be at home instead of in a durn hospital or nursing home when it's their time.
