When I went to the Caribbean last December, I put all my RX bottles and pill minders in a big ziplock bag and kept them in my carry-on. I didn't want to pack them in my checked baggage because what if it got lost? I didn't have any trouble with TSA, but we also were pre-checked in, which saves a great amount of time and hassle getting through security.
