So i have this problem im a 23 year old female and i have trouble recalling information i forget things right before i say them one moment there in my head and the next i cant think what i wanted to say it happens all the time and within the last two possibly three years its been happening i mentioned it to my psychiatrist and he changed my meds but it hasnt gotten better .now i have a new doctor and im wondering if I should mention it again or if it's even useful or even should i go to a regular doctor to get checked out i heard about brain shrinkage and anti psychotic meds but i dont know if it affects memory or even if it's a real thing i also don't know if it is something else
