Ive never been officially diagnosed with add only through the school they mentioned it but its not down as my psych diagnosis when I did the battery of test im supposed to go to a neuropsychologist so hopefully i can get answers there in the meantime how do you keep from getting frustrated when you cant recall especially if it doesn't come back till days later?
