I'm really sorry for your losses

And I know that losing people that way can be incredibly tough.........with lots of unanswered questions

But you need to give yourself time to grieve in your own way, this latest loss may even have triggered further grieving over your past losses too.
For now, try to let out some of those feelings........by reflecting, listening to/watching things significant to you, writing things down, talking to someone, talking to
us...........whatever feels right to you, when you're ready

But remember this happened only a
very short time ago, in times things can get better. It may not feel like it now, or for a while, but maybe it can offer you some hope "in the darkness"
