i think 1 month is kind of short trying antidepressant...
they wont work fast... its just one day you will wake up and may feel a little better...
depression is a condition... being depressed isn't really your fault...
its just a way that the brain has started working...
we have to work to try to change that way to get in a new condition that may make us happy...
keep fighting... you may have to give medicines a little more time to see effects from them... if your depression is mild i would even say do therapy instead of medicine...
CBT can help you change the way you perceive things...
excercise is good too... it will produce good feel good chemicals ...
