Every time you get a new doc you should mention everything. I learned that the hard way after my doc told me that what I was describing was impossible. Three moves and three docs later he asked if I had ever and was totally unimpressed when I said yeah for years. Turns out it was a real gut problem that was fixable. Can't hurt to mention it and may help in the long run.
