Have you tried going to get a message? Those work. You get the right one that is gentle enough yet works the knots out of the muscles and what a difference it makes! Try one at least three times and you will feel the difference. Go for one hour each time... be kind to yourself with some kindness and learn to say NO to your partner or stay home and soak in a hot tub or take a pulsating hot shower... or sit on a messager at home... these things you can do...blessings and tc (((hugs)))
