Thanks and I actually am required to volunteer for the program I am going into for college. I have to volunteer in a hospital but I have been putting it off because I if start volunteering and a job at the same time then I don't know how well I am going to handle it. Maybe I will look into the volunteering first before the job. Thanks for the link to the CBT book. I will definitely look at it.
