1) You are NOT alone.
2) My counselor struggles with this... he always wakes up at 4 (this doesn't make it ok or anything - just an anecdote).
3) Something that works for me is the 100mg Traz and then 10mg Ambien. I know Ambien is supposed to help you fall asleep, not stay asleep, but it does that for me. And no, I'm not taking Ambien CR. Anyway, could be something you ask your pdoc?
