In the UK you are given a Psychiatrist.... in Scotland at the moment we have a shortage especially in my local area. In the past 6 years I'm on Psychiatrist number 17 I too see mines once every 3 months. I am lucky as I have a Nurse and others to fall back on.... it's a royal pain in the butt having to see a new one all the time
