When this happens to me a take my PRN benzo (Xanax). I also take saphris at night and a pretty large dose. I'm going through some personal trauma right now and the past few nights I've been drinking. Best sleep I've had in months lol. No I don't condone drinking until you pass out, but I'm pretty desperate for unconsciousness lately.
