Have you spoken to your therapist about your situation so your therapist can help you regain some composure for your problem? Going to a Gym may help as well to help you fell hungrier so you can validate the eating of food and you feel like you are a healthier person. The american Diabetes Association site offers meal planning as well so you can consume fewer calories but still get the nutrition you need. I hope things get better for you soon Fan. Take care.
