I've been on Zyprexa 5 mg nightly for a few months, since the mixed state that led to my diagnosis. Now that I've been sinking into a depressive rut, my doc just added 20 mg of Prozac.

Is anyone on this combo? If so, when do you typically take the Prozac? Before bed or in the morning?

The only info I can find on this pairing has to do with the combination med Symbyax.
