I talked to T in our session about the 'don't matter' comment. It was a little painful to get through but I understand what/how she meant it and why. Instead of always saying I'm sorry I'm ********* she wants to help me make little changes until they reach big changes that refocuses my 'cycle' so I don't have to say 'I'm sorry'. It's okay to feel it but I need to do something to change instead of letting myself be treated the way I am and apologize for letting others treat me the way they do.
Not sure if any of that made any sense but I'm glad I talked to her about it. It was painful and we were trying to understand each other but she is patient and we worked through it.
I have a lot to process from the past 2 days of sessions.
