I just used my first FMLA day last night! My Pdoc gave me 1-4 days/ month also. If I go over that I have to have a note from him. Up to 12 weeks of course.
I was so thankful for it, I absolutely needed it! I still feel super weird in the head this morning, if I would've went in like that, chances are good something inappropriate would have been said or done. I finally feel job security so I say, GO for it!
