Hello, I discovered that with my depression that I also have sleep apnea. Falling asleep during the day is one of the symptoms of sleep apnea. Lots of people have it and don't even know it. It can be dangerous for your health if you have it and don't have a CPAP machine to use at night to stop you from stopping breathing multiple times during the night. I was doing this 34 times per hour and had no idea! I sleep with a mask and a CPAP machine and it's made a world of difference, except when I am severely depressed like I am right now... but at least I know that I am getting that deep sleep that I didn't get for so many years.

Good luck,
mrsdepoint
