So after my first psychologist that put her whole attention the dissociation and forgot everything about my depression I went to a psychiatrist. I said my whole story, except dissociation. And we all agreed on that. I am so tired of people telling me that dissociation is wrong. It is not. I don't mind it. I can live with it. That being said I cannot live with depression, and I need help for that. So for anyone reading this who thinks that you HAVE to tell about your dissociation even though it doesn't bother you and you are there for another reason, do not.
(but going to the psychiatrist went well, I got a referral for a free team of psychiatrist and psychologist and I went today to the psychiatrist and she told me to get an EEG thing? and in the same day I am going to the psychologist (in this team) and then back to the psychiatrist to get a final result thing so yeah.. things are moving forward, guess) (also since this team is at the psych ward and I have huge anxiety problems because of previous experiences I do not want to go back but I have to and Annie is pretty scared as well because she is little and yeah that is the only bad side of it)
Thanks for this!
