Getting out of the hospital and facing the big bad world can be overwhelming. I too am experiencing overlapping thoughts, racing thoughts. Latuda and lamictal didn't work for mania. I'm on Geodon and have my fingers crossed. It'd be great if the Latuda worked for you. Are you still on Lithium. I hated the dry mouth, weight gain, shaking and out of body feeling of Lithium. Glad you're back home. God only gave us one day to worry about and that's this one. Remembering that eases my mind.
