When I got out a retired nurse from my girlfriends church agreed to come by 3 half days a week. I didn't appreciate it, but she kept me med compliant. Cooked. Made sure I ate.
Reminded me if I didn't put forth all of the discipline I could muster I'd be back in ip.
I really hate the hospital.
It was extremely difficult, but I could see the point.
