I was diagnosed with BPD a few years ago. It is still a diagnosis that I just don't know alot about. I know that I really do struggle with the abandoment issues. But the first thing my therapist did was give me a set of videos to watch about BPD. unfortunately they were for the professional and talked so much about how difficult Borderlines are to deal with. how needy, manipulative, etc. So needless to say, I didn't delve much more into the diagnosis. But I may check out that book.
