All hypnosis is self hypnosis. This is the most important part to realize.

As far as doing "inner child healing" I would strongly suggest you find a qualified hypnotherapist to assist you with that. Perhaps this hypnotherapist will also teach you self hypnosis as I do for all of my clients.
