I don't know if I'm depressed
I've had a couple of really tough relationship breakups in the last few years and am now a single parent living on my own working and paying a mortgage. It's tough but that's life
How do people know when they either are depressed or need therapy? What happens when you go the first time? Do you say you think you're depressed, what if you're not really sure why you're there but know something isn't right
