Had an amazing day! Got up and took a shower. Cut up some fabric for a quilt. Took my son out to lunch. He was appreciative and friendly. Found a therapist who takes Medicare and will do CBT for anxiety. Oops...drove to lunch and back...have been having driving anxiety.
